If you are going to take a trip to another country, I Highly recommend using the Lonely planet as your guide. These Books are always well organized and easy to read. The Guide books always include information on the best sights They have hotel choices for every budget. I have been to 32 countries and every continent except Antarctica. I always use the Lonely Planet for practical information. They always include a section of "Dangers and Annoyances" which can help make your trip more enjoyable.

There are very few Zimbabwe books available and even fewer that are current. This book is a little out dated but for the price it is a steal. Tons of great maps and park information. Hotel details may be inaccurate as many have closed.

The book looks fine and is compliant with what I was supposed to receive.
As such, no particular comment. Thanks.

When It was White Rhodesia it was the Bread Basket of Africa. Now that its black Zimbabwe its the Basket Case of Africa. Race is real and it matters.
