For corporate governance data, Thai Institute of Director (Thai IOD) has collected the data about the corporate governance of firms listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The firms in the best group of corporate governance are classified as 5-star group. Thereafter, the regression model in equation 2 is re-estimated separately based on CG-star group.
