It makes some points that stuck with me like how what's not written in a contract is at least if not more important than what is written. I particularly like that this book goes beyond drafting and discusses understanding the deal, actively analyzing contract terms, and, once the contract is signed, properly implementing the contract. I could have used this book when I first graduated law school.
