This book is hard to follow. I was hoping not for 100% cure but for a route to 50% but so far no result. I am willing to exercise for as long as it's necessary (I'll do it every day for 1.5 to 2 hours), but so far no results; and the readings? too much repetition ( I had read other writings about same author and topic).I keep trying after all, but I feel as I am only loosing time...if I can include 50% of my arthritis....
