My daughter is not quite 2. I bought this so she and my husband could have something to read together - it seems most books are about mommy/daughter love. Unfortunately neither the stories nor the illustrations have caught her attention. Could just be that she's too young for something like this, so I'll try again when she's a bit older and adjust my review if necessary.

This book was perfect for our one year old. It is very high quality for a board book, sized and shaped like a regular book. The stories are more advanced than most board books as well, perfect for reading together. While I wish the stories and illustrations were a little less cutesy, the quality of the book itself more than makes up for this fact.
